Register for Implied Consent Intoxilyzer 9000 Operator Training and Test
You are required to watch the Intoxilyxer 9000 Training and Instruction video before you can take the Intoxilyzer 9000 test.
You can download a copy of the Intoxilyzer 9000 training manual as well as Implied Consent Policies and Procedures from the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory website.
You must complete the Intoxilyzer 9000 test and fill out all the appropriate information required on the test to be issued a certification.
After you recieve a Passing score, your information will be sent to the Implied Consent section of the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory via email and your operator card/certification will be mailed to you.
Once you have completed and passed the test, the Implied Consent Section of the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory will be notified of your success. Your IP-951 (Operator card and Certificate) will then be printed and mailed to your agency.
