I’m not sure how I feel about the grades on assignments more than tests, especially since parents can be helping out the students. I feel like it’s in a way.

Parent 2

Honestly, I’m of that completely, sometimes if Lauren has to get something done and she’s not in the mood for getting it done, I tend to lose my a bit and just do it for her.

Parent 3

I share both of your ; we’re all going back to school in some way. But I guess we’re going to find out what we can remember back then, because some of these are kind of tough.

Parent 2

At the same time, I’m not that worried since it’s not like they’re the students against each other in some sort of competitive way. And, I’ve always believed parents need to get in their children’s education.

Parent 1

For sure, but don’t you think if we’re doing our kids homework that we’re their own learning in some way. I guess that's the whole point of tests, to find out who’s really that information.

Parent 3

I totally agree, how are we going to find out if the kids are keeping it up there. I know that come test day, I’m always Payton to get cracking or he’s going to fall behind. I’m not sure I have that anymore.

Parent 2

You’ve got a point there, I tend to bribe Lauren with more if she gets good grades on her exams, but if she knows they’re not that important anymore, I think she’s going to turn the  on me somehow.

Parent 1

Well thank God Daffy’s always on top of her tests and assignments. She actually has to remind me about her homework most of the time, so I’m not worried about her losing .

Parent 3

At the end of the day, it’s only a program. So we’ll have to see at the end of the year how the kids do and how they feel, which is what matters.
