WORKER | New season, new schedule, more work, but less money, isn’t that the best way to start the new season. I’m glad that I’ll be working four days on and four days off, but I’m not so about the 12-hour days. |
WORKER | I’m okay with longer days, especially if I’ll have four days off, I think it seems like the best way to get after such a long week. But I’m not overly thrilled about the shorter lunch break, I need my hour to relax, I think 30-minutes is just too short for lunch. |
WORKER | I think the reason for that is we’ll be getting two more 30-minute breaks to , 30-minutes in the morning, and 30-minutes in the evening time, which I think totally makes up for the previous 15-minute breaks. I always those where just a waste of time. |
WORKER | I agree with that, but I think I’ll still feel rushed during the lunch. I’m the kind of person that really loves to eat my food, get the taste for it, not it down like I’m some kind of dog. Plus, it’s really stressful trying to eat that fast, isn’t the whole of lunch to relax and enjoy your meal. |
WORKER | For sure, and I’m not sure what I’d do for 30 minutes in the other breaks, I don’t really like to have 3-full meals per day. But anyway, the four days off for me also that great, as you know, I’m single, so four days off could get pretty boring, I like the whole idea of my weekend too. And with this new schedule, we have to work on weekends. |
WORKER | I’m on your team for that one, I can’t working on Sundays, what about those who go to church on Sundays, sounds pretty crazy for me. I’m not one church, but I really enjoy my lazy Sundays. |
WORKER | As you know I have kids, what am I going to do with the kids when I don’t get home 7, I know for sure that Pat isn’t going to be happy about that. |
WORKER | Sounds to me like we’re all on the about this, which is how I feel too; and let’s not forget that it doesn’t change any of our pay; and I think if you have to work on weekends, you should get more. |
WORKER | I think that’s the line, we’re not getting any kind of pay raise, but have to change are lives completely around; if they would’ve us at least an extra hundred dollars, then maybe. |
