Hi Louise!

What’s going on these days? It’s hard to get a hold of you since I’ve been doing for that major project we’re finishing up. But at least, I got the rental information for your big birthday bash happening at the end of the month.

So first of all, I guess it’s pretty cool that nothing’s going to be [1] the $1000 dollars we budgeted, even if we get the most expensive one. I guess the main factor is that we have to rent most vehicles for [2], which adds up. Also, we have to get everybody on board because it’ll make a huge difference. For example, if everyone decides to hop on the bus wagon, then we’d have to get the 24-seater at 4 hours, which would be at the [3]. But, if only [4] of the crew decide to tag along, then we'd save more because we’d get the Krystal Shuttle Bus. I'm really surprised about the Mercedes van because it's so expensive considering it [5].

Anyway, it really will depend on getting everyone on board, I’ll keep you posted about who’s in and who’s out, and then we can make a final decision.
