As part of developing the look of our FlexiQuiz site, we have updated the user dashboard, user profile, and groups pages.

The update includes improvements to help you save time, keep users informed and manage progress. Changes include:

1. The ability to track when a user last logged into their FlexiQuiz account.
2. The option to email users when you assign a new quiz or group to their portal.
3. Plus, when editing an existing user, all changes are automatically saved.

We will be rolling out the new user screens in November 2024, but contact us if you would like to try the new screens now.

Your new user's dashboard

Your user dashboard allows you to add and manage all users who link to your FlexiQuiz account, such as Respondents, Trainers, and Admins.

You can access the dashboard by logging into your FlexiQuiz account and selecting Users from the top menu.

The user dashboard has been redesigned with a modern layout and is now divided into three tabs, making it more convenient to manage users based on their account type. You can still add users individually or use our Excel template for bulk uploads.

These are some of the key changes to the user dashboard.

• You can now track when a user last logged into their FlexiQuiz account.
• Any suspended users are shaded with a new lock icon.
• The main Admin has a main Admin tag for easy recognition.
• You can track how many Trainers, Respondents and Admins you have.

The user profile screen

The user profile screen allows you to add and edit users. You can assign the user to a quiz or group, manage account access and track their results.

We have made a few changes when you edit an existing user:

• We will automatically save all changes when editing a user.
• When you assign a new quiz or group to a user, you now have an option to send an email notification. You can customize the email text from your Settings/ Emails screen.

Your groups screen

Groups allow you to efficiently manage multiple users and quizzes such as a class, team or department.

We have given the group's screen a new modern makeover.

However, we also understand that you are always looking for new ways to manage your groups easily. So, you can now send a custom email notification to all respondents linked to the group when you add new quizzes. You can customize the email with your text and we can highlight which quizzes are new.
